Films

I've been documenting arthropods off all kinds for many years, and focus on the study of their life cycles and behaviours.

This page brings you some of the films I have previously put together, along with information on future and upcoming productions.

Coming work

Coming Summer 2027

This informative film follows the life cycles of amphibians within a certain pond. It has currently been filmed over 3 years and explores relationships between different amphibian species and threats they face in the changing world. The footage tells a story and is intertwined with behind the scenes sections. Some parts of the film include shots from other locations as an education about what can occur in a pond when faced with extreme weathers, but aims to tie a full frog cycle together.

Life in the Pond

First episode coming 2028

This series has been many years in the making, with 10 years worth of footage currently. Each episode will focus on a different insect order and go through behaviours, life cycles and body make-up of certain genera and species within the orders. It's aim is to educate the public about the importance of all insects, even those that are often seen as pests such as midges. The final episode will focus instead on spiders, moving away from Insecta class
